Machine Functionality After the Washing machine installation is complete, the technician will show you how to use your appliance correctly and how to do basic maintenance on it.

INSTALLATION INFORMATION

Steel braided flexible tubing

Many insurance companies recently have been asking customers to install steel braided flexible tubing, or you won't be insured in the cause of any water damage. Steel braided tubing is considerably stronger than rubber and lasts longer.

Rubber tubing

Rubber inlet hose tubing should be avoided when having inlet tubing installed on the hot and cold water supply, not only because they are less durable but because many insurance companies do not ensure water damage if the rubber tubing is connected.

Shipping bolts

Shipping bolts are meant to be removed, and they are there, so the tub does not shake and break interior parts during moving. If you run your machine with the shipping bolts still attached your washing machine will not last long.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

When hiring a professional installer, they must always read the specifications of the machine and find out if there are any extra pieces needed for maximum operation and efficiency of the washer machine. The machine must be balanced and well mounted to have maximum durability.

  • All appliances will be inspected before installation for any cosmetic damages. Once the machine is installed they will run a performance test to verify that everything is in working order.

  • Please advise the office with your model number and any complications before requesting an appointment.

  • All Technicians are properly trained and certified to work on your appliances with the proper tools.

Installation Accessories

  • We carry all the common accesories to complete the job on the first visit.

Extras

  • Uninstallations of old appliances and any tight spaces to work in might have an extra fee.

  • If the technician encounters an issue that does not allow him to complete the job, a service call fee will apply and the installation fee will be charged on the following visit.

  • Parts and accessories needed to complete the job will be added to the bill.

Additional Technicians

  • You have the option to have someone help, or we will send a second technician for jobs that require it.

  • Additional fees will be included if we must send a second technician.
    (ex: Services that require lifting of appliances.)

1 Year Guarentee

We guarantee the work done on the machine and any parts used. The Guarantee does not include any damage that has been done by the user. The machines will be tested with the customer present to insure everything is in working order.
